I cannot find the detailed marriage record just and index which makes George Sparrow or Robert Gates the likely husband of Elizabeth/Betsy. Things are further complicated by her being Betsy or ELizabeth. She is Betsy at birth, the 1841 and 1871 Censuses and Elizabeth at marriage and in the 1851, 1861 and 1881 Censuses.
